Course outline
Learn to brew some tea and combine it with a scoby to make your own kombucha and take a scoby home with you.
Get creative and whip up some simple dips such as a rosemary and walnut pesto and beetroot and cumin hummus.
Make energy balls, with tahini, cashews and dates, the perfect energising snack.
Materials
All ingredients, jars and equipment will be provided for you as well as your own scoby to take home for future kombucha brews.
