Danny's culinary home is based at Studio Z, his technique is firmly rooted in the classics, with influences from the likes of Ottolenghi and Moro, frequently borrowing big flavours from non-European cuisine and placing qualities of seasonality, locality and provenance at the forefront of his food.
In addition to regular pop-ups and collaborations including Sunday Papers Live, Greenman Festival Banqueting and London Fashion Week, Danny also runs a monthly Sunday Supper Club in the studio.
Danny and his team can provide bespoke menus for a wide range of private and corporate events within the main studio space.
